U.S. Bank already had a presence in a thriving community of Creve Coeur. In desperate need of space and with an outdated facility, they decided to build a new facility directly across the street from its original location. This allowed them to share the property of the largest office center in the Creve Coeur. U.S. Bank chose Icon Contracting to build the new facility because of their competitive pricing and banking experience.
