Heartland Bank needed to construct a new branch, with a drive up lanes, vault, and ATM to serve a new customer base, at the same time have enough space to house there check processing department. The building was originally constructed for a grocery store and therefore had very high roof deck and very large HVAC units and ductwork. Icon had to construct the space at the same time allowing the existing Mortgage division of Heartland, occupy the adjacent space while still doing business with clients.
