Sommelier, Stanley Browne decided after working for many years in restaurants and for wine distributors, that it was time for him to do what he had dreamed to do for so long and open his own wine bar / shop and restaurant. Icon worked closely with Stanley and the design firm to assist in creating a unique atmosphere that would lend to the type of business he was creating. It didn’t take long for those who enjoy a good glass of wine and a tasty menu of unique dishes to make Robust their favorite new business to frequent. It has started off with a bang and is still going strong today!
