Dr. Hany Salama had a dream to once own his own building that would be home to his Medical practice. Along with wanting to grow his practice, he also wanted to expand his opportunities in other fields as well. Being the resourceful person that he is, Dr. Salama was converting this new facility into a paperless practice, sleep lab for sleep studies after hours, and operating an Urgent Care in a separate suite. Having all these different businesses and practices demanded that someone manage and coordinate the many different vendors and suppliers that were working on site, for the practice. Icon took on the responsibilities to make sure that each and every vendor were scheduled and managed.

Having a very small site to build on, underground detention, retaining walls and an unprecedented wet season, Icon was still able to deliver the project on time and within budget!
